Yoga Nidra

Many people who are dedicated to practicing yoga understand the benefits of meditation and relaxation.
Yoga Nidra is a practice to rejuvenate and relax the body and mind and release tension. Yoga Nidra means “yogic sleep” and the practitioner achieves very deep levels of relaxation and rest.

During the practice of Yoga Nidra, you will experience brain wave patterns similar to sleep states.
