Heart Coherence and Resilience

When we are stressed, we feel bad and our brain´s function and creative thinking deteriorate.

We may overlook or forget important details, overreact to small things, say things we regret, become overwhelmed, have trouble sleeping, or feel drained and exhausted. But it does not have to be like that!

Coherence is an optimal state in which the heart, mind, and emotions are aligned and in sync. Physiologically, the immune, hormonal, and nervous systems function in a state of energetic coherence.

You can learn to generate coherent or “smooth” rhythms by activating refreshing emotions.

In other words, you can think more clearly and improve options when you are in a consistent state.

Renewing emotions is what adds energy to your reserves, but it requires more than positive thoughts. Feeling genuinely renewing or regenerative emotions is what creates coherence.
